We all have hidden parts of ourselves. Whether it’s insecurities, fears, or failures.
Each day, the constant overthinking of “I’m not good enough” seems to consume me entirely. It lingers in my brain, sending me to an oblivion of infinite possibility — will I ever conquer this monster without becoming one?
Inside me lives a monster that no one knows about. In a quiet, serene moment, I carefully form battles and hardships, striving not to let the monster win.
I worked hard to maintain a joyful mindset, yet the monster reveled in the false narrative.
But maybe the solution for this is to not destroy the monster but live with it, accept it, and provide it with the love it deserves.
We are not perfect—nobody is. Instead of criticizing ourselves for our imperfections, we should recognize that being human means making both conscious and unconscious mistakes.
This monster is an integral part of our soul. When we condemn it, we are essentially disapproving of ourselves as well.
To defeat the monster is to coexist with it.
Every day, I challenge you to accept yourself as who you are, not as the world wants you to be. Take it one step at a time, and over time, the monster living within you will vanish and fade into nothingness.
Remember that these imperfections shape us into who we are today. Be patient with yourself and learn to improve it persistently.
